The Retreat at Thunder Ridge is a spectacular 14,000 square foot log "Lodge", nestled high in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of SW Colorado. It sits on 172 acres of meadows, with Spruce, Pine and Aspen forest. Located just 14-miles northwest of the old mining town of Durango, it is easy to get to, and well worth the trip when you arrive! Owned and operated by Laura and Lew Webb, The lodge was built to accommodate a variety of Evangelical Christian retreats and wedding occasions. Thunder Ridge has eight guest rooms, designed to accommodate a variety of group configurations. Six of the eight beautifully decorated and spacious rooms have a King bed, plus a bunk, so depending on the group make-up, each can very comfortably serve four guests. Two rooms have only a King bed. Each of the eight rooms has its own nicely appointed bathroom with a shower, and all but two have an outside covered deck.
